Service is punctual.They start and finish when they say they will. Video review is thorough, although a little quick. Price is competitive with the discounters, so we keep coming back with all 4 Mazdas in the family.

I had my first service on my new Mazda at Mazda of Lodi. It was very easy and relatively quick. The dealership is so clean and has a very comfortable waiting area.
I really like that they keep you in the loop with the progress of your service. Also, I was impressed that a video was provided of different portions of the service! Everybody was very courteous, professional, and kind! It made my experience that much better!
